Working using therapeutic techniques to help someone work through their problems in a logical order. Hypnotherapy has been known to get faster results alongside counselling and 'talking' therapies. For some people, eye movement therapy (sometimes known as EMDR, eye movement desensitisation and reprogramming) has been known to help with emotion resolution, trauma and repeat memories.
I am a trained eye movement therapy practitioner. As well as using hypnotherapy and NLP, I am an emotion resolution therapist, and a qualified personal development coach with many years experience. I am also an accredited counsellor/ psychotherapist and am trained in techniques to resolve PTSD* (*single event) and the use of mindfulness and meditation to support many conditions.

I've a wide range of approaches that mean I help people to work things through at their pace and in a way that suits them. We discover what is causing bad feelings or patterns of negative behaviour. Getting to the bottom of issues, reducing anxiety or worry or achieving their goals. I aim for my clients to feel good and having greater confidence in skills to make long-lasting changes. Quitting smoking service is £220 in total **up to 3 hours treatment time total (can be 2 sessions at £110 per session) I have a great success rate with clients who 'stay stopped'
As part of treatment, I offer a half hour free, no obligation, chat (separate consultation) to discuss your particular needs and for you to ask me any questions. NB: Most people attend this whilst booking in the actual first session, so they can get straight on with therapy. I'd strongly advise you do this otherwise my diary may not be free!
My prices are very reasonable. Often people refer their friends and family to me. If you want, call another therapist and compare their fee to mine. Instinct is valuable, ask yourself 'will they help me achieve what I want and at the right price for me?' 'Do I feel that 'click' when I speak to them?' Your instinct is most usually right!

I am a qualified hypnotherapist (distinction), registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. I abide by their guidelines in conduct, training and supervision. I am constantly refreshing and updating my skills, having taken further courses in counselling, Advanced Hypnotherapy and Emotion Resolution to name a few. I'm an experienced, qualified, counsellor too, registered with the National Counselling Society, and abide by their guidelines. They are part of the Accredited Register Programme which was set up so the public can be confident when choosing health and care practitioners.

I am a National Counselling Society accredited counsellor with a Diploma in counselling and psychotherapy (qualifications: MCS Acc & Dip CP).
My interest in hypnotherapy, counselling and personal development developed over many years of working with people in business and through voluntary work. I have a professional coaching qualification gained through previous work in a high pressure business environment. I work with people wanting to achieve a work-life balance right for them or when someone wants to make a change in their life.
